The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy in this document.

The Baby Edit shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The Baby Edit also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am AEST March 14th 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on March 30th 2023. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw. The winner will be announced on The Baby Edit Instagram page and notified via email on Friday March 31st 2023.

How to enter

Instagram Entry:

1. Click through to the competition landing page (via the Sponsored Instagram Competition Post or Link in The Baby Edit Instagram profile).

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Facebook Sponsored Post Entry:

1. Click “Learn More” on any Sponsored Competition Facebook Post to the competition landing page.

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Email Entry:

1. Click through to the competition landing page (via the Competition Email).

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random on Friday March 31st 2023 at Babybee Prams Head Office; U2/266 Whitehall Avenue, Yarraville, VIC 3013.

The winner will be notified via email and must claim the prize within 15 days, after which a new winner will be selected.

The prize
The prize includes Euky Bear’s full Wellness Range valued at $220.55 which includes: Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid, 5 x Baby Essential Oil blends (suitable from 3+months), Sleepy Time Room Mist, Sniffly Nose Room Mist and Baby Massage Oil.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Privacy Policy

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that Babybee Prams, The Baby Edit will share your name and email address with participating brand, Euky Bear, to be used for marketing purposes.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE PRAMS, THE BABY EDIT, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE PRAMS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
